Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
• Original paintings are inspected carefully before shipment. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact Deego Design within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
